Do I need to be based in Japan?
No. Our services are delivered digitally in English. Clients can be based anywhere; what matters is whether the subject matter falls within our scope.
How quickly can you start?
After the scoping note is agreed, most engagements begin within one to two weeks. For time-sensitive requests, mention your deadline in the initial message.
Can I request work outside your listed services?
Possibly. If your need is closely related to railway documentation or analysis but doesn't fit neatly into one of the three listed services, describe it in the form and we will assess whether it falls within our scope.
Is there an obligation when I get in touch?
None at all. An initial enquiry is just a conversation. Work only proceeds once both parties agree to a scoping note.
