- 6.Where a service engagement has been agreed and formalised, you are responsible for paying the stated fee in accordance with the payment schedule in the scoping note.

However, no warranty is made that such reports are exhaustive, error-free, or suitable for purposes beyond those agreed in the scoping note.
Reports are provided for informational purposes. Nothing in any report constitutes operational advice, safety guidance, or legal, financial, or engineering opinion. Users relying on report content for operational decisions do so at their own risk.
Station Flow Grid's liability in respect of any claim arising from this website or a service engagement is limited to the fee paid for that specific engagement. Station Flow Grid shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
Station Flow Grid disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Force majeure: Station Flow Grid shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, internet outages, or restrictions on site access.
Legal Information & Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms or a service engagement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, disputes may be referred to a competent court of applicable jurisdiction.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
Entire agreement: These terms, together with any scoping note agreed for a specific engagement, constitute the full agreement between you and Station Flow Grid in respect of the matters covered.
Station Flow Grid reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the website after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Station Flow Grid harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of website content, or any conduct on your part that gives rise to a third-party claim against Station Flow Grid.
