Our Commitment
Station Flow Grid takes data protection seriously. This policy describes what personal data we collect, the reasons we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over that data.
We collect only what is necessary to provide our services and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Data We Collect
Contact form submissions: When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional subject line, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and scope potential work.
Analytics data: If you have consented to analytics cookies, we collect anonymised information about page visits, session duration, and navigation behaviour. This data is not linked to any identifiable individual.
Cookie preferences: Your cookie consent choices are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This data does not leave your device.
Technical log data: Our hosting provider may collect standard server log information (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamps) as part of ordinary infrastructure operation. This data is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

Enquiry data is used to reply to your message and, if both parties proceed, to scope and deliver the requested service. It is not used for marketing communications unless you specifically request otherwise.
Analytics data helps us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve content organisation and usability. No individual profiles are created from this data.

Data transmitted via our contact form is encrypted in transit using TLS. Stored form submission data is accessible only to authorised individuals directly involved in service delivery.
Cookie preference data remains on your device in localStorage and is not transmitted to our servers.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights or freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and affected individuals without undue delay where required.
Data collected via enquiries is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the enquiry or the subsequent service engagement, after which it is deleted.

You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. We will action such requests promptly and confirm when deletion is complete.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
